BY CAR The Riverside Centre is situated 4 miles north of the M4 Motorway from Junction 45. Take the A4067 north, signposted to Pontardawe. At the fourth roundabout from the Motorway (next one up the valley from Tesco) turn 1st left at the Brown Sign marked Glantawe Riverside Park. Turn left through the green barrier and follow the road to the Centre.
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT Riverside Centre is between the Swansea Canal and the river Tawe. Buses to Pontardawe are very frequent. Once at Pontardawe catch the 125 bus to Ystradgynlais and get off at Llangwig School at Ynysmeudwy. Then walk back towards Pontardawe. Shortly you come to a pair of brick houses on the left below you which are new but not finished and becoming slightly derelict. There is a lane just after, which goes down and over the canal (bridge no. 7). 50 yards further on, just past the bridge, you will see a barrier on your left and a path / road that leads to Riverside Centre.
WALKING Riverside Centre is a gentle 15 minute stroll or brisk 10 minute walk
along the Swansea Canal towpath. The Canal can be accessed from the centre of
Pontardawe. Walk to bridge no.7 and turn right as detailed above.
